A: Yes, multiple users can access and control the device.

A: No, the WiFi always runs through 2.4ghz bandwidth. 5ghz is not supported.

A: A standard high-speed internet set up should be sufficient as the vast majority of the time the item is on idle so it will not be taking up very much bandwidth.

A: Yes, there is a slot for a micro SD card with which you can add up to 128 Gb of storage

A: This product needs to be hardwired.

A: For security reasons we do not offer cloud services. You can record on SD card for event or continuous recording and download recording on your cell or tablet if needed.

A: Yes, motion detection can be disabled.
Q: Can I set up camera to take a picture or record video automatically?
A: Yes, you have 2 options, set-up recording continuously or event recording. Event can be motion and/or sound detection.
Q: Does it work with Amazon Alexa or Google Home?
A: Unfortunately, our cameras can only be accessed using the BAZZ Smart Home APP.
Q: Is any additional hardware, like a hub required?
A: No, this camera is plug and play. Everything you need is right in the box.
This device is fairly good but has some fatal flaws: 1. Vulnerable to crashing. No reset option. Complex pairing procedures with no technical help. 2. App is permanently locked in to your router with no way to undo it. If you change your Wifi router with a different ID and password then you may have to get a new doorbell installed. The customer response email says that responses are slow due to high volumes of requested technical assistance which has crashed their server. Good product, they just need to finish developing their App first before selling their product!
What an amazing device and customer service! Our doorbell was making a beeping sound every minute and wouldn’t ring inside the house. We called their customer service line and it turns out we needed a new transmitter that is 16-24 volts minimum. Ours was only 10 volts. We changed the transmitter and it works perfectly now!!!!

Very pleased with the quality of the image. Our house faces north so the front is in shade all day. This means everything is backlit so brightness suffers on facial recognition. I dont know if there is a way to correct this.
