IR Remote

I can’t pair my IR remote with the device I want to control.
Try pairing with alternate mode called DIY. When you add remote, at the bottom right you will see the option DIY, tap and follow instructions.

I paired my IR remote with the device I want to control, but it still does not work.
Verify where your IR Remote is installed. It has to be within a 5 m range and a visible range from the device you want to control.
