Q: Does this product support multiple user control?
A: Yes, Multiple users can access and control the device.
Q: Is it compatible with 5ghz WiFi networks?
A: No, the WiFi always runs through 2.4ghz bandwidth. 5ghz is not supported.
Q: Does it record sound?
A: Yes, it records sound and video.
Q: Does it have night vision capabilities?
A: Yes, it has a night vision range of 10 meters.
Q: Is it weatherproof?
A: Yes, it has a weatherproof rating of IP65
Q: Does it have a warranty?
A: Yes, there is a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defect.
Q: What internet speed do I need?
A: A standard high-speed internet set up should be sufficient as the vast majority of the time the item is on idle so it will not be taking up very much bandwidth.
Q: Can you use an SD card to add additional storage?
A: For weatherproof protection, product does not have slot for SD card. You do have an internal storage memory of 16gb
Q: Does this need to be connected to a power source or is it battery operated?
A: Product includes USB cable and plug-in adapter.
Q: Can the audio be muted?
A: Yes, audio can be muted through the App.
Q: Does it send notifications if it detects motion?
A: Yes, it will send notifications if motion is detected if you enable that function through the App.
Q: Can you save recorded video to the cloud?
A: For security reasons we do not offer cloud services. Video can be recorded to your phone or tablet.
Q: Can you connect more than one camera within the app?
A: Yes, you can connect as many cameras as you need through the app.
Q: Can motion detection be disabled?
A: Yes, motion detection can be disabled.
Q: Can I set up camera to take a picture or record video automatically?
A: Yes, you have 2 options, set-up recording continuously or event recording. Event can be motion and/or sound detection.
Q: Does it work with Amazon Alexa or Google Home?
A: Unfortunately, our cameras can only be accessed using the BAZZ Smart Home APP.
Q: Is any additional hardware, like a hub required?
A: No, this camera is plug and play. Everything you need is right in the box.
